Refunds and Cancellations
Cleaning Services:
Cancellation:
Customers may cancel scheduled cleaning services by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling:
We offer our customers rescheduling options up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in full for cancelled appointments that were requested 24 hours prior to the scheduling.
However, if less than 24 hours notice is given or on-the-spot cancellation is made, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days using the original mode of payment.
Damages:
Customers are responsible for reporting any incident, damage, or loss within 24 hours after the service has finished. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in the claim being nullified.
Maintenance Services:
Cancellation:
Customers may cancel scheduled maintenance services by contacting us at least 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment if it is a large scale operation.
For small scale operations such as basic repairs or minor maintenance services, customers may cancel by contaccting us 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Cancellations done after the given timeframe will be subjected to cancellation fees.
Rescheduling:
For small scale maintenance services - we offer our customers rescheduling options up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
For large scale maintenance services - we offer our customers rescheduling options up to 3 days before the scheduled appointment.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled maintenance service appointments will be processed within 7 business days using the original mode of payment. Additionally, if materials have been purchased for a project and cannot be returned or recouped, customers may be responsible for covering the cost of these materials.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy may be made in cases of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the completion of scheduled services. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
